Screenprinting
Screenprinting is a printing process where a squeegee is moved across a mesh screen pushing ink onto a garment or other substrate. At BCG our screenprinting department focuses mainly on textiles including t-shirts, hoodies, polos, aprons, etc. We use plastisol ink which after printing, are cured on a conveyor dryer. Screenprinting prices are very economical in large volumes.
Screenprinting prices depend on the quantity of items, number of colors in the design, if it goes on light or dark shirts (dark shirts usually require a white underbase adding another color to your price). Volume always makes a difference. Since you have to pay film and screen charges for each color this can make it costly for small quantities. For small quantities see DTG printing.
